How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

We prepare every order in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is $5.95 and arrives in 5–8 business days; express is $14.95 and arrives in 2–3 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 USD or more. Transit times count from the moment the package leaves the workshop.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Spain and most countries in Latin America, Europe and North America. International orders take 8–15 business days and the rate is calculated at checkout by destination. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves the workshop you receive an email with your order number (AO-XXXXXX) and a tracking link. You can also check it any time on the Track my order page using your order number and email, no account needed.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn piece in its original condition and packaging. Bracelet size exchanges are free within the United States. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the piece.

How do I know my bracelet size?

Accepted Answer

Measure your wrist just below the bone with a tape or a piece of string. Our stretch bracelet sizes are S (16 cm inner circumference, wrists 15–16.5 cm), M (17.5 cm, wrists 16.5–18 cm) and L (19 cm, wrists 18–19.5 cm). If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Red strings are adjustable and one-size.

What materials are the pieces made of?

We use natural gemstones hand-selected in Jaipur, beads and charms in 18k gold plating over brass or in 925 sterling silver, waxed nylon cord and high-strength elastic. If a stone is traditionally dyed (like howlite or agate), we say so in the materials tab of each piece. We never use plastic or glass as a stand-in for stone.

Are they hypoallergenic? Do they contain nickel?

All our metals are nickel-free and lead-free. Earring posts are 925 silver or hypoallergenic surgical steel. If your skin is especially sensitive, 925 silver pieces and stone-and-cord-only pieces are the safest choice.

Question 8

How should I wear and care for the bracelet?

Accepted Answer

Take it off to swim, sleep and shower, and keep perfume and lotions away from the stones. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it in its cotton pouch. Natural stone beads can vary slightly in tone and veining: that is normal and part of the piece.

Which wrist does the red cord go on, and what if it breaks?

Whichever you prefer; most people wear it on the non-dominant wrist so it rubs less. The waxed cord is hard-wearing and the sliding knot adjusts between 14 and 22 cm. If it breaks within the first 30 days, we replace it at no cost.

Can I send a piece as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Turn on Gift Mode in the cart: we wrap the piece in our plastic-free box ($5), add a card with your handwritten note and remove all prices from the package. You can ship it directly to the recipient's address.

How do Círculo Ánima points work?

Accepted Answer

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and 100 points equal $5 off. When you create your account you receive 111 welcome points. Points are added once payment is confirmed and you can redeem them from your account. On the 11th of every month, points are doubled.

Do you sell wholesale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with boutiques, spas, yoga studios and hotels, with a $300 USD minimum order and special pricing. Write to us from the Wholesale page or at hola@animaonze.com with your business name and country, and we will send the catalog within 48 hours.
