If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for stretch bracelets and the smaller one for adjustable cord. Bracelet size exchanges are free within the United States within 30 days.

Guide
All you need is a piece of string and a ruler.
Take a piece of string, cord or a strip of paper and wrap it around your wrist just below the bone, where you would wear the bracelet. Snug, but not tight.
Mark the point where the string overlaps with a pen.
Lay the string flat along a ruler and measure from the end to the mark: that is your wrist circumference in centimeters.
Find that number in the "Wrist" column of the chart. Stretch bracelets already include 1 – 1.5 cm of ease so they slide on comfortably.
Prefer a looser fit? Go one size up. Closer to the skin, wrist-mala style? Go one size down. And if in doubt, send us your measurement: we will tell you which to choose.
