Three steps and under 24 business hours to receive instructions.
From your account, the order lookup or the contact form, with your order number (AO-XXXXXX) and your email.
A size, metal or piece exchange, a refund to the original payment method, or points credit with an extra 10 %.
You receive instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label. As soon as it reaches the workshop we process the exchange or refund.
We want your piece to stay with you for a long time. If it is not the right one, we exchange it; if you would rather not keep it, we take it back. No awkward questions.
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any piece. It must be unworn, in its original condition and with its packaging (box, fabric pouch and card). For hygiene reasons, earrings are only accepted if the security seal is intact.
Bracelet size exchanges are free within the United States: we send you a prepaid label and the new size ships as soon as we receive the original. Outside the United States, return shipping is at your cost and we cover reshipping the new size once a year per customer.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the piece. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear. If you prefer, you can receive the amount as Círculo Ánima points credit with an extra 10 %, available immediately.
If you received a piece as a gift, you can exchange it for another size or piece, or receive the amount as credit in your account, without the giver finding out. You only need the order number printed on the card.
