By using animaonze.com (the "Site") or purchasing from it you accept these terms. Read them calmly; they are written to be understood, not to hide anything. Ánima Onze is a handmade intentional jewelry brand; you can reach us at hola@animaonze.com.
Our pieces are handmade with natural gemstones. Every stone is unique: color, veining and size may vary slightly from the images, and that is part of its character, not a defect.
The meanings attributed to stones and symbols come from cultural and spiritual traditions. Our pieces are not medical products and do not replace any treatment, diagnosis or professional advice. They accompany and inspire; they do not heal.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); other currencies are for reference and the final charge is made in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; in some countries we offer bank transfer with manual confirmation. We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming an order, notifying you and giving you the option to cancel.
An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email with your order number (AO-XXXXXX). We may refuse or cancel orders due to lack of stock, suspected fraud or obvious error, fully refunding any charge. You can cancel an order at no cost as long as it has not left the workshop by writing to hola@animaonze.com.

Discount codes carry the conditions stated in each promotion (minimum, validity, uses) and cannot be combined with each other unless stated otherwise. Círculo Ánima points are governed by their own conditions: they are not transferable or redeemable for cash, they expire after 12 months of inactivity, and they may be adjusted in case of returns or fraud.
You are responsible for your password and the activity in your account; notify us if you detect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Ánima Onze designs, texts, images, illustrations, name and logo are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share our content on social media crediting the source; you may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written authorization.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site. To the extent permitted by law, our liability toward you is limited to the amount of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ánima Onze's country of operation. Before any formal claim, write to us: almost everything is resolved with an email.
